What are we looking for?

We are looking for reimbursement/billing experts to join our team of excellence in our Insurance Recovery Division, where you will receive coaching and independence to do your job. We are team centric with an open communication culture where micro-managing is an outdated way of conducting business. At RevSolve, Inc. we get our work load completed and have fun simultaneously.



Position Responsibilities

  • Your key job function is Denial Management; you will be responsible for the timeliness, accurate submitting of appeals to various payers while adhering to our multitude of client’s policies

  • We all know insurance claims often fall through the cracks, it is your responsibility to have these claims rebilled in a timely and accurate fashion

  • While getting the claim paid is considered satisfactory, we want to make sure we are getting our client(s) every dime they deserve. Being able to determine an underpayment plays an important role in this career

  • Not everyone understands the ins and outs of insurance, but you need to be able to determine a patient’s eligibility

Position Requirements

  • Do you have a High school diploma or GED? Awesome, you’re almost in!

  • Must be an assertive, self-starter. Some insurance companies often try to get you off the phone without getting the claim paid

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form

  • You have to be detail & results orientated

  • You need to know your way around a computer

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

  • Resourceful and able to multi-task; we aren’t asking to do a million things at once, just a few hundred

Additional information:

Healthcare Insurance Experience: 1 years preferred

Denial Management: 1 years preferred
