The Patient Financial Service Representative will work in our fast-paced call center, providing world-class service to our clients’ patients via inbound and outbound calls. This will involve working with patients to understand their self-pay responsibility as well as to establish payment arrangements that best suit their needs as well as our client’s guidelines.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for resourceful and assertive individuals to serve as Patient Financial Service Representatives.


Position Responsibilities

  • Obtain patient demographics and financial information

  • Dispute resolution

  • Educate on the self-pay billing cycle as well as explanation of benefits

  • Researching patient’s accounts for payments, charges and proper billing

  • Comfortable navigating up to 10 systems using dual monitors

  • Negotiating effectively with patients to resolve account balances

  • Willingness to adhere to company, state, and federal laws

Position Requirements

RevSolve, Inc. is looking for an assertive, resourceful, and career-minded professional, with the ability to find creative options for patients to resolve their medical debts. This will require that you have excellent listening skills, an engaging personality, a knack for customer service, and strong negotiation skills. You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to combine your competitive nature with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

    • High school diploma or GED

    • Prior collections or call center experience, preferred

    • Affective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to enter notations into the computer while talking with the patient

    • Ability to easily adapt in a fast-paced environment

    • Medical background, a plus

    • Employment contingent on passing criminal background checks
